To take photographs of the museums’ exterior, exhibitions, and outdoor displays, to rent photographs archived at the museums, or to photograph any of the museums’ materials, advance permission must be obtained.
Please read the following instructions and submit a permission request at least two weeks prior to the requested date.

Instructions

• Please submit the application at least two weeks prior to the requested date of the shoot.
• Please also submit a proposal along with the application.
• After the application has been submitted, the relevant department will be in contact to make necessary arrangements.
• Regarding the handling any of the exhibited pieces, you will need to make arrangements with the curator in charge.
• Please be aware and understand that in some circumstances, there may be restrictions on the photo shoot.
• After the photo shoot, the museum asks that you provide it with a copy of your work.
