Magnetic loops are installed in our auditorium and lecture rooms to assist those with visual impairment, and our exhibition rooms have paths that allow those in wheelchairs to view the exhibits.
Visual assistance dogs, hearing dogs, and other service dogs are allowed in the museums.
The museum has wheelchairs and (five) strollers available for visitors to borrow.
Ask about them at the information desk. Please note that we do not take prior reservations, and the items are available on a first-come first-served basis.
The museum rents out audio guides for the permanent exhibits at the museum and art museum, and they are available in five languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
To rent an audio device, please inquire at the media library. Also note that the museum does not take prior reservations, and the devices are available on a first-come first-served basis.
Feel free to use the breastfeeding room located next to the first-floor ticket counter.
